Shop Policies

INTEGRITY
All items shown on ArinMayaMade are either handmade by me or designed and produced by someone whose work and quality I trust (e.g. screen printing/embroidery). I create each piece with lots of love and respect for the creative process.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive your item and find that it is damaged, please contact me immediately. All damages must be reported to USPS within 48 hours to ensure a refund. 

SIZING
If you have a problem with sizing (e.g. it’s labeled OSFM but it doesn’t quite fit you), simply shoot me a message within 4 business days of its receipt so we can figure out the best way to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING
All domestic orders will ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail within 1-3 days of purchase. When circumstances are such that your product cannot be shipped within this time, you will be notified as soon as possible. If you have a huge gripe with USPS and would prefer me to ship via another carrier, please notify me in advance of making your order so that we can coordinate accordingly.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
ArinMayaMade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and I pray that it never happens. However if it does, please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, ArinMayaMade is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but I will do my best to assist you with the matter.

LOST EARRING
Because our earrings are so wonderfully lightweight, we strongly encourage you to wear it with the small, rubber earring back provided with your purchase. As each pair of earrings is uniquely handmade, we are unable to replace separate earrings. 

CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS
If you receive your ArinMayaMade item and are not completely satisfied, you have 7 business days to return it in the same condition it was shipped. Once I receive it, you will receive a full refund on the product’s cost. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
